Verizon will start iPhone sales officially on February 10th, but valued Verizon customers will have the opportunity to pre-order the Verizon iPhone on February 3rd. We received the following email yesterday with all the details as to when the pre-orders will begin.

Per email received from Verizon Wireless, Verizon will start the pre-order sales for the iPhone on February 3rd, 2011 beginning at 3AM Eastern time for current Verizon customers only. The pre-orders will be on first come first served bases so make sure to get online at 3AM (EST) on the 3rd to purchase your highly anticipated Verizon iPhone.

Here is a quote from the original email from Verizon Wireless on the release of the iPhone.

“Phone 4 is coming to Verizon. Because we appreciate and value your loyalty, existing Verizon Wireless Customers will have an exclusive online purchase opportunity before iPhone 4 is available to everyone else.

For you it begins 02.03.11. Order iPhone 4 from our reserved quantity on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 3 AM Eastern.”

Lot of people have been waiting for the Verizon iPhone and now we can almost put the wait behind us and get ready to use our new iPhones using the Verizon Wireless network. iPhone will cost $199 for the 16GB and $299 for 32GB Models and data plans start at $70 for plans with up to 450 minutes (unlimited data included).

Use the following link (bookmark it) and go back to this link on the 3rd to pre-order your Verizon iPhone.

WHAT I HAVE BEEN READING REGARDING UNLIMITED DATA FOR A LIMITED TIME…. It is being reported that this unlimited data that is available for a limited time, will only be valid for two years or for as long as you have the phone. Once the contract is up and you want to upgrade to a new phone, your data will change to whatever the tiered price will be at that time. If this information is true, it is going to give AT & T customers that have the grandfathered data something to think about. I think if Verizon wants to get AT & T customers that have unlimited data grandfathered to come over to Verizon, they need to grandfather unlimited data on Verizon as well.

If they’re selling the device at Walmart, I really don’t see the big deal in preordering.
