After recent app update, Verizon FiOS is capable to let you control your TV and DVR with your Motorola Droid and HTC Imagio! What does this mean to us? This means that FiOS TV subscribers can now use their Droid or HTC Imagio as a remote control if they have the HD set-top box. The mobile remote will give the user the capability to upload photos directly to your TV. When you add the app to your Droid or your Imagio, it literally turns your Smartphone to a remote control. With your phone you can change channels, forward, rewind, pause, record and mute. Verizon plans on adding this feature to more models down the line so more people will subscribe to this wonderful new service and features. Thanks to Verizon FiOS TV, Droid and HTC Imagio, soon we will be able to control our home devices with our mobile phones!
