The IFA computer expo in Berlin, highlighted the latest Samsung Galaxy tablet this week. There have been a number of tablets released in the past, but nothing beats the number of features that Samsung has to offer.

The Galaxy Tablet is Android powered, with its initial launch lined up in September for European regions. From September onwards, the next few months will be dedicated to introducing the tablet across the U.S. and Asia.

From the looks of it, the Samsung version of the tablet is going to be an interesting match against the iPad. By now, there are a number of teaser videos that you can watch to get an idea about this tablet. As per rough specs, we only know that there is a pre installed version of Android Froyo, Samsung TouchWiz technology and a front and back end facing camera with 3.2 Megapixels.

A number of things make Samsung Galaxy tablet different than the iPad. There is a 7 inch screen with maximum screen resolution @ 1024 X 600 pixels. The core processor is developed by Cortex with 1GHz processing speed and support for HD video playbacks. The available models of this upcoming tablet are in 16 GB and 32 GB edition. Plus, there are memory slots for extended storage space, but you won’t need it unless and until you solely plan on using the tablet for multimedia entertainment purposes.

It is a matter of time, whether the tablet will make it or break it across the market. But one thing is already clear that Samsung and its patterns will have interesting and competitive data plans, plus price tags for the device.
