Nokia Sues Apple for Stealing Proprietary Technology of iPad

Nokia-Sues-Apple-for-Stealing-Proprietary-Technology-of-iPad Suing someone is easy as long as the opponent doesn’t counter sue you — and this game turns out to be confusing at one point, if both parties start playing offensive. So the story goes that last year Nokia sued Apple for copyright infringement and theft of its patents. Well, Apple just didn’t sit there and pay the amount upfront; they counter sued Nokia for stealing 13 patents from them.

BUT, Nokia played the counter-counter sue game and threw the ball back in Apple’s court, by suing them for stealing proprietary technology for the iPad, iPhone. We do know – at this rate, both companies are not going to be in the court for a couple of years. Besides, Apple has been having its bad days with outstanding suits against Google and HTC for violating the touchscreen technology of the iPhone.

Hmm, it kinda reminds me of those school days — kids just couldn’t seem to get enough of anything. They would fight and argue for getting the whole share of candy for themselves, and Apple has been acting like a baby. Touchscreen technology, Android Technology and gimmicks like that are already “innovation” based stuff. It means that these technologies don’t really “belong” to one ULTIMATE company.

Any other company can get impressed and borrow the basic formulas, add a few things of its own and create something new in the end.
