Although the recent fight seems to be between Apple and HTC where Apple is suing HTC claiming that they have been infringing on 20 of their patents. But this is not the first court claim filed in regards to Apple.
Apple and Nokia have had a patent fight going on for a little while now and a Delaware federal judge has decided to put this specific fight on hold awaiting the decision of the same claims that are to be held in front of the United States International Trade Commission.
The Delaware federal judge signed the order on Wednesday stating that the legal action would be put on hold in regards to the lawsuit between Nokia and Apple, where Nokia has initially claimed that Apple infringed on seven of the patent inventions of Nokia and used these in several different products from computers to the iPhone.
In this same court case is the countersuit in which Apple has filed against the Finnish phone maker, Nokia, claiming that Nokia has infringed on nine of Apple’s patents.
