Now days the best Gaming Consoles costs an average of $250 and Nintendo Wii’s are sold for around $220 and give you millions of options, awesome graphics, and kick-ass Games. One only asks why in the world will someone pay over $13k for a 20+ year old Classic Nintendo Console on eBay ? Well it was because of a very rare game released by Bandai back in 1987 called “Stadium Events”. The Stadium Events game is considered one of the rarest games in America and very few are in existence now days .

When the game was released back in 1987, only 2,000 copies of the game was made and currently its believed that there are about 10 in existence. So you would see why an avid gaming collector will drop $13,105 for a 20 year old game that cost a fraction of what he paid now compared to back in 1987 when it was released.

The seller listed the gaming console including 5 games with a starting bid of $9.99 and within hours the bidding had jumped to over $5000 and by the end of February 3^rd, it was at $6500! By February 10^th, the bidding was already at $9000 and within few hours it reached to $13105 and at which time the auction ended and sold to the highest bidder for $13,105.
