Intel plans on buying McAfee for about 8 billion dollars. The move is targeted towards introducing advanced modes of strategy for the company’s mobile market.

In regards to the upcoming acquisition, which is due on next Thursday, the board of directors from both companies will be working out several deals. McAfee’s Staff members will be working with Intel’s software branch, to develop security protocols for end users and enterprises.

The end result will be new firewalls, ant viruses, tighter security and better apps for mobile users. Furthermore, Intel also plans on working on a new anti intrusion program. Something that would tick off those alleged “hackers”. And that’s not the end of it. Intel wants to take things further down the road by providing software security in different aspects of life.

Think of cars, TVs, hospitals and bigger ventures, encrypted with Hardware enhanced security programs. The CEOs of both companies emphasized on the lack of security. They said that the current models of cyber security are breach-able in a number of ways.

“The industry needs some sort of shit. We can offer an increment in improving the security protocols for all users and it would bridge the gap in a number of ways” – said McAfee’s CEO – Dave DeWalt.

So far, the deal looks like a healthy and safe venture for the two companies. Through their new business models, we can expect great changes in the near future. Let’s just hang in there and wait for the Intel – McAfee duo to release something worth looking into.

In fact, the deal will be closed after it will be approved by McAfee shareholder.
