Droid Incredible Is Truly Incredible!

If you are a current Verizon customer you know the two best smartphones currently to have is the Droid X and the HTC Droid Incredible. I had placed my order back on July 7th. At the time it said the phone will be delivered by August 3rd. I emailed support on the 15th and was told that I needed to be patient and that they will make sure that I get the phone by the end of July.

Well, my wait is now over. I received my Droid Incredible on Monday and I have been playing with this wonderful gadget nonstop ever since I got it on Monday. The phone is really fast and feels like its on a 4G Network its so fast. The camera is almost as good as any digital camera that you would pay around $300 in stores. The design of the Droid Incredible is really slick and eye catching. Kind of looks a bit like the iPhone but its way better in my opinion.

I have added over 50 apps and have used the phone under heavy usage for the last 48 hours and the battery life is amazing. I charge the phone at night and it lasts me throughout the whole day with all the heavy usage and gaming.

Was the wait and the $200 I spend worth it? Absolutely it was. I have to say that the HTC Droid Incredible is my favorite Smartphone of all time and I will have this phone with me at all times from now on. So if you’ve ordered and are waiting for your shipment, be patient and you will get it soon. This is one fantastic phone and all my iPhone using buddies are actually all jealous but still pridefuly deny that this little phone is actually better than the iPhone.

I agree the phone is amazing. I got mine two days ago and it is everything I wanted. Except the battery. I don’t use mine heavily, but it does not last 8 hours. I got the Task Killer app today and I hope it helps preserve battery life by stopping apps from running in the background. If it doesn’t help, battery life is a HUGE and unfortunate knock against the Droid Incredible.

Hey Clay, I know my battery life sucks now days but every 30 minutes I try using the task killer. If I’m outside every-time I check my phone or get an email, after-wards I kill tasks. You just gotta get in the habit of consistently using the task killer. Now days I charge my droid twice a day :( sucks but hey its a great phone and works really well.

Using Task Killer every 30 minutes??? That sounds like a lot work!
