Google Android is currently stirring up the mobile OS market and could be changing it for good. This is just more proof that Google can and will show that it’s more of a company than just a search engine. Google’s newest gadget, The 2.2 Froyo has hit the scene as well as many other rivals. One competitors phone still outweighs many of the benefits that the Google Android has to offer. This is Apples own iPhone and its iOS 4.2 operating system.

The iPhone has been a fan favorite from the beginning. Apple has seemed to make the right moves when it comes to electronics and it only seems to get better. The iOS 4.2 is a phone that is worth the Apps and great features, but does it totally overcome what the Android 2.2 has to offer? This really depends on the user and their preferences. But, Google never planned to go into the software biz until recently, so they do have a long ways to go.

The Google Android 2.2 has been highly anticipated in the U.S. For the last couple of months. This was due to speculations of Google’s 2.3 Gingerbread to be the software of choice. But, this just leaves the rest of the fans of Google to have something to be excited for in the near future. Maybe they’ll have enough experience in the software field to handle many needed major improvements and updates before its actual release date.

Apple has been in the software and hardware game for quite awhile. They really stand out in customer service and actually know what their customers want. This is a skill that Google hasn’t had enough time to figure out yet. The biggest issues with Google’s Android 2.2 varies greatly between customers. Each phone has their ups and downs, but for now Apple’s very own iPhone iOS 4.2 is standing out on top and is ready to take on any competitor that comes its way!
