The RIM BlackBerry Bold 9700 is different from his forerunner and looks sleek and smooth. The new compact smartphone is 4.29 inches tall by 2.36 inches wide by 0.56 inch thick and 4.3 ounces. It has the same leatherette backing though as the original Bold that adds it classy feel.
Due to the smaller size it has a bit smaller screen as well. The new handset features a 2.44-inch display (compared with 2.75 inches) but its 480×360-pixel resolution at 245 pixels per inch adds to the quality of images making them clear and sharp.
The interface has undergone little change but still BlackBerry OS 5.0 brings about some enhancement. Thus, for instance, there is a more user-friendly system that helps create new appointments with drop-down lists. Besides it is possible to set the alarm clock with the help of a spinning wheel.
The device has the standard BlackBerry controls like Talk and End keys, a menu shortcut, and a back button. But the Bold 9700 features an optical trackpad instead of the traditional trackball. This makes listing the menus much easier. The item can be chosen just by pressing down. This transition from trackball to trackpad is very natural and has a great responsiveness. It will also solve the problem of trackball that can stop working suddenly and should be replaced.
The smartphone also furnishes a 35-key full QWERTY keyboard. The large and comfortable buttons facilitate typing messages.
The Bold 9700 features a 3.5mm headphone jack, a micro USB port/power connector, and a customizable shortcut key.
The handset goes together with an AC adapter, a USB cable, a 2GB microSD card, a wired stereo headset, and a belt holster in the box.
The RIM BlackBerry Bold 9700 represents the first T-Mobile’s 3G BlackBerry.
The new handset integrates BlackBerry OS 5.0 just like the RIM BlackBerry Storm 2. Featuring this operating system provides some improvements not only to the messaging and calendar functions but the BlackBerry browser as well.

Nice article, i will keep visiting this blog very often.
Initially you will want to set up your device while your PC is online and you are logged in to your skype account. Yes your supposition is correct. For cable modem connect the device to router and the router to modem. If you have DSL modem which virtually invariably have router built in, numerous also have got a 4 port switch built in. In this case associate the device to an ethernet switch and then to the dsl modem. If your modem includes a switch connect directly to it.
