The Qtek S200 or HTC Prophet features EDGE and Wi-Fi support with a good display. It runs on Windows Mobile 5 operating system. It also has a 2 megapixel camera. This is a pre-Android era smartphone from HTC.
The Qtek S200 is made of plastic but it doesn’t look cheap or fragile. It has a solid build and looks elegant in its all-black body. It is brightened by several silver elements on the back side, including a mirror for self-portraits, frame around the lens, and background for the 2 megapixel camera sign.
Aside from the display, the front is covered with round control buttons. On the right side is an infrared port. On top is the power button and pointer aperture. It comes with a stylus that’s found in the upper part of the right edge. Pulling it out is easy.
The Qtek S200 is a well-designed communicator, which is a big improvement from the S100 model. It has a new OS, EDGE and Wi-Fi support, user-friendly controls, and better display. On the downside, the processor is slow. The kit comes with a cloth case with an eye-let for hanging, USB cable, and a hands-free set. It is a bestseller before HTC’s Android phones came and dominated the market.
