Nokia X6 Review

Design and Introduction:

The Nokia X6 comes fitted with a remarkable 32Gb built-in memory, 3.2-inch capacitive display, 5-megapixel camera with LED flash.  The box comes with a pair of headphones, software CD, USB cable, and user guide with a booklet containing your own “Comes with Music” code to register.

It comes in resolution 360×640 pixels, has 16mln colors and, the quality of the image is average, the screen still remains usable still in the direct sunlight.

On The front of the Nokia X6 holds video-call camera, and its touch-sensitive button.

The SIM slot is, positioned at the left side, at the opposite side, you find camera shutter, volume rocker and screen lock switch. Its 3.5mm jack is at the top, with the microUSB ports, charger and power button below.  The device is very bulky and tall making it very noticeable in the pocket. The style in general is very symmetrical and a bit boring.

Functionality and Interface

The Nokia X6 offer an automated email system if registered with any chief service providers, accessing the inbox is extremely easy. The QWERTY keyboard allows for speedy and nearly error-free text entrance. The downside of the keyboard is that it does not have much space between each button. The Nokia X6 does not sport multitouch you going to control its browser in a traditional method, i.e. using just one finger. It lags behind in what most smart phones are equipped. You able to watch the Flash videos, regrettably only you limited to YouTube.

Has built-in Facebook application, which is properly prepared and gives the option for using all the basic functions set on the social network.

Camera:

The Nokia X6 sports a 5-megapixel sensor camera, with duel LED flash. You are able to share photos withVox and Ovi immediately after taking them, services like Picasa, Facebook, Flickr are disallowed. The pictures have sufficient details the flash helps in poor lit up conditions.the snapshots are of average quality, which is a bit of a disappointment. Captures video on maximum resolution 640×480 pixels at 30 frames a second. Only one downside you will have to invest on the cables for this use.

Multimedia:

You are able to download loads of music straight to your device. It comes with a standard audio player.  Unfortunately, cannot play the tracks and using the phone like a practical DJ board. However, this device is preloaded with the program called a Play list DJ. It also comes with radio stations. The X6 sports striking 3.2-inch display, it uploaded a 3.2GB video clip quite fast the phone supports just MPEG4 files by resolution 640×480 pixels. However, the quality in general is satisfying, videos played very smoothly but it does not feature a native support for Xvid and DivX files.

Performance and Conclusion:

The Nokia X6 sounds very well on calls. Voices are realistic and loud at our end of the call. The in-call quality is so far the best to date. The battery provides 6 hours of talk and the handset operational for 420 hours on standby. You will take pleasure in the continuous audio playback of over 35 hours with a fully charged battery.

In general, the Nokia X6 has one truly brilliant characteristic, most remarkable sound quality audio playback and calls. Finally, the screen is an immense extra feature. However, the Nokia X6 is very heavily overpriced phone in the market these days. It features a 32GB built-in and “Comes with Music” device. The iPhone 32GB 3GS is much more expensive, surely, but the software functionality is advanced, whilst its sound quality very similar. With this said, there isn’t  any room for a phone as the Nokia X6 in the market these days especially not now, also  not in this particular high price range.
