You can now get rid of your Nokia E65 because the company already created another smartphone that can be the eye-candy of the corporate users. Here’s a peek at the new sleek Nokia E66 that can take up most of the tasks that needs to be done in a real business phone.
The Design
It is another sexy slider handset than comes in white or grey steel. The back plate is made up of metal that has a dimpled pattern for that extra grip while there is a noticeable chrome bezel at the border of the phone. And to make it even more professional-looking, Nokia decided to finish it with glossy metal-flake. It only weighs 4.3 ounces and has a slender body measuring only 4.2” x 1.9” x 0.5”. Buttons are easy to push so you can immediately access the Calendar, Messaging, Home, and Contacts as well. Keypads are labeled with shortcuts for better functionality.
What’s inside
Nokia E66 can work on GSM as well as WCDMA networks. It can also run on 3G HSDPA network which is catered by AT&T. And since it is already 3G, you would find the data speeds to be quite impressive. Connecting to WiFi will not also be a problem at all. Unfortunately, Nokia has to address the issue about network switching especially when it gets both 3G and EDGE at the same time. But nevertheless, you don’t have to worry about the quality of the call since you will get a very good reception. Business users will not have a hard time using the e-mail, MMS, and SMS features of the phone.
The applications
Store all your photos at your microSD card as you take pictures using the built-in 3.2 megapixel camera which has an autofocus feature. It would be very easy to view it on the phone as well since the 2.4 inch display can tolerate even the brightest and the harsh outdoor light. It can also act as your music player with its built-in podcasting just like the latest models of the Nseries.

As the article brings out, this is great for a business phone. But I just purchased a Nokia from Straight Talk(smartphone) and it’s awesome! They have coverage with Verizon-one of the best out there and I only pay $45 per month for unlimited. No contract is catching on quick! It is also a 3g,so for affordability for me it’s Straight talk, both good quality phones!
