Nokia 6681 is a smartphone that came out in 2005. During that time, touchscreens were not yet dominating the market. This used to have the best display in the market. It had a lens cover to keep dirt away from the lens. Calendar events were featured on the main display. Nokia 6681

The Nokia 6681 runs on Symbian Series 60 operating system. It was designed for enterprise users, yet it has rich multimedia functions. At that time, Nokia placed it in its “Imaging” category. It was one of the most expensive phones in 2005.

It came out together with the Nokia 6680 model. They both have 3G support, front-facing video camera, and internal memory. It has stereophonic MP3 player and improved internet browser and email client. The kit includes USB memory card reader.

The Nokia 6681 has been one of the best Symbian smartphones to come out. It is a big phone and weighs 131 grams. It is heavier than the previous Nokia 6630.It comes in three colors, silver, blue and white. The covers are not removable, which makes the build more solid. Plus, it keeps out the dust from the front screen.

Except for the back cover, the Nokia 6681 has a solid construction. The back cover is a sliding part that’s made of plastic. It is sagging a bit and makes the phone unstable when placed on top of a surface.
