LG-Shine-II LG Shine II from AT&T follows the well-known LG KE970 Shine, but appears to be a more advanced handset. The phone is available for the price of $119 including a two-year agreement and a mail-in rebate. The full price compiles $269.

The Shine II comes in a minimalist design. There are no significant differences between the LG Shine II and the simple LG Shine: the same shape, straight lines and rounded edges. There is even a similarity in the metal casing of both the phones.

The display measures 2.2 inches diagonally. The TFT screen supports 256,000 colors and has the resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. The Multi-Angle Vision technology of the Shine II comes as a valuable addition to the LG Shine version. It allows the Shine II to provide information on the display from a broader range of angles.

In order to get to the keyboard, you should slide the phone. The texting and navigations are rather convenient. The dedicated end and call buttons are in the keypad also.

The LG Shine II provides the following features: Bluetooth, voice dialing, PC syncing, voice commands, voice recorder, USB mass storage, file manager, instant messaging, GPS with AT&T Navigator. The Shine II also has Assisted-GPS and supports AT&T Navigator.

It is a 3G phone so you will get an access to Cellular Video and AT&T Mobile Music. There is a wide range of different Java applications.

The 2- mega pixel camera of the Shine II can shoot the photos in the resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels. The camera features a LED flash that improves the quality of taking photo in the dark environment. The photo quality is quite good.

The Shine’s music player has memory software and a programmable equalizer. It supports a number of music formats such as MP3, WAV and eAAC+. Moreover, you can watch video files in MP4, H.264 and H.263 formats. The integrated user memory compiles 100 MB and you can use microSD cards for enhancing the memory up to 16GB.

The LG Shine II is a nice successor of the Shine, well-developed and eye-appealing.
