LG is going to produce the phone that is expected to repeat the success of the LG Chocolate KG800, a popular brand mobile phone that was sold in a number of more than twenty one million devices. The next challenger to the popularity is going to be the LG BL40 Chocolate Black. It is planned that the LG BL40 Chocolate will be the fourth edition in LG Black Label series. Unfortunately, we cannot go into details about the BL40 phone because it is still on the stage of development. It is not known when the phone will be officially announced. The beforehand date is August 2010.
The LG BL40 Chocolate Black is going to have a candy bar shape not resembling the original chocolate (the LG KG800). The screen of the LG BL40 Chocolate will measure 4 inches, it will be a touch screen with the high resolution of 800 pixels x 345 pixels. The novelty of the BL40 Chocolate is in its screen with 21:9 aspect ratio. That is the first time when the phone features such a feature.
The QWERTY keyboard will be available via the screen of the LG BL40 Chocolate.
They say that the LG BL40 Chocolate Black will be provided with the following features: Flash Based 3D UI, HSDPA and A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Multi Touch.
The camera of the BL40 will measure 5 megapixels. The other features of the LG BL40 Chocolate Black are still unknown.
good review. love my bl40. easy to use, practical. probably my favorite unlocked world phones yet. screen is huge, long, it’s easy to navigate around and the apps and touch screen is very responsive. way better than my old unlocked verizon phones. my wife loves hers for the facebook and games, they keep her busy on our long road trips around the u.s. and the gps helps us get around, because we get lost a lot and i’m too prideful to ask for directions. other than that it’s hard to fit in my pocket and sometimes it dies on me for no reason but that’s alright. we still love our unlocked cheap phones. got our blackberry unlock codes and lg unlock codes free too so that was nice. the camera and recorder are great for catching our family moments and the web browser and email help me keep in touch with my clients and business when i’m on vaca and the wife has me takin a break. also i can keep in touch with my fantasy team. processor is fast and the battery life lasts me all day too so that’s a place. got our last couple unlocked quad band phones at unlockthatphone.com were very happy.
