It has been reported that the West would not receive the game Yazuka 3 in its entirety. Sega has given an explanation stating that the game would not even have been released if not for the content cuts.

Sega officially reported that the Playstation 3 game’s Western version would not be inclusive of visits to hostess clubs or a quiz game on Japanese history.

The western version nevertheless comes packed with DLC codes, localized already and waiting to be enjoyed. You definitely would not find the gameplay anywhere else and Yazuka 3 is really one of PS3’s best titles.

A PR representative of Sega confirmed that certain portions had to be removed owing to limited time. Subsequently, the developers decided to leave out the portions that did not gel with western culture. The story is unaltered and Kazuma, the main character still dazzles!
