		<description>Reliability: Wii and PS3
Wii and PS3 are very reliable. The original Xbox 360 models have a very high failure rate, however, it appears the 360 Slim has fixed these issues.

Online: Xbox 360
Wii has less games that are online compatible and the experience is often marred by the friend code system. One positive about the very outdated Wii online experience is the Wii Store where you can purchase classic NES, Genesis, etc., roms. The Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 both offer online downloads (such as movies, games, demos, game add-ons, etc.) and multiplayer. While Xbox Live costs about $7/mos the experience offers much more than Sony&#039;s free PS3 online service. However, for what its worth, the PS3 does provide a web browser.

Games: PS3 and Xbox 360
All three systems have a decent amount of exclusive titles. Generally, the Wii has Zelda, Mario, and Metroid. The PS3 has God of War, Resistance, and Uncharted. The 360 has Halo, Gears of War, and Fable. PS3 and the 360 also benefit from multiplatform blockbuster franchises such as Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto, Resident Evil, Fallout 3, Oblivion, and Mass Effect 2, which are not available for the Wii.

Hardware: PS3 and Xbox 360 (Slim version only)
The Wii is only able to display games in 420p and is considerable weaker graphically. However, the Wii uses a motion-based controller while the PS3 and 360 use traditional button controllers. Both the PS3 and 360 can display games in 1080p and are graphical power houses, the PS3 having the processor speed edge while the 360 having the GPU/memory edge resulting in sharper textures. The PS3 is able to play Blu Ray discs, which is great for movie fans but results in lengthy installs and load times for game fans. The 360 on the other hand, uses only DVD discs which results in some games requiring more than one disc.

Recommendations:
Wii - for the casual and younger gamer.
PS3 - for the hardcore gamer who enjoys Sony exclusives and some online play.
360 Slim - for the hardcore online gamer who enjoys MS exclusives.
