hi steve, i read with eagerness your excellent article on the shortcomings of the estarling frame. and thank you for highlighting them all so well - i'm sure this is food for thought for many people who are thinking about it.

i, however, am not one of them. see, i already have an estarling frame. one that was handed to me by my dad who just didn't use it anymore.

the 2 main problems i'm having is that i can't email pictures to the frame and the seeframe site won't transfer my photobucket pictures... i've followed everything to the letter and one of the main ways i know it is set up correctly is that when i upload pics directly to the seeframe site via the computer it shows up 2 minutes later on the frame. the other way is when i subscribe to the RSS feeds those pictures also show up on the frame...

so i'm sat here - since last night trying to figure out why my emails with the pictures attacjed just aren't uploading to the site and then to the frame - and why seeframe won't transfer my photobucket pics to it as well?

(the photobucket account and seeframe accounts were also linked successfully).

hugely frustrating!! and also, the seeframe's help faq page is down so i can't contact anyone...

if you can help in the slightest way - please know that i will be extremely extremely grateful.... thank you steve.
