Now that the new iPad 2 has been out for users to play with for awhile, customers are reporting the hardware and software glitches that they are discovering to Apple and other online forums.
Since it has launched in the U.S., a top ten list of problems has been put together by the website called The iPad Guide. One of the main issues being reported is that the FaceTime application freezes during calls. When this happens, they discovered that the iPad has to be restarted before it will work.
Another issue is that the iPad 2’s backlight sometimes bleeds from the edges of the display screen.
A third issue involves the device’s high definition video camera, which appears to be having problems regarding its color system when it records.
Other problems that many if the users are reporting to the forums include problems with the device’s wireless connection, which had been expected to be resolved when a patch came out for the iOS 4.3.1 update, yellow patches on the screen due to issues with the adhesive, dead pixels in some areas of the screen and that sometimes the iPad 2’s speaker gets stuck in headphone mode.
