Apple To Release iPhone 5 Without iOS 5

Reports say that Apple may be going to put out a version of the Apple iPhone 5 that doesn’t come with iOS 5 sometime this summer. Instead, it would come with the current iOS 4.3 version that is now on all the Apple gadgets.

The iOS 5 would then come out later in the fall, along with the next version of the iPad.  When it does come out, it is supposed to be a major improvement over the current Apple iOS.

Besides the new iOS 5 operating system, the phone may also end up getting a new type of service that helps users to locate their friends and family members. It may also have the new Apple A5 chip like the one that is in the iPad 2, plus a four inch edge to edge screen.

No news was put out about any details regarding MobileMe or the new iOS 5 until the WWDC, which is expected to be between June 6-10, when all the information is expected to be put out.
